Complaints · Tell us
How to complain about our coverage.
If something we have published concerns you, whether it is a question of fairness, tone, or treatment, we want to hear it. Complaints are read by the publication and taken seriously.
01 · How to complain
Write to us. We read everything.
Send complaints to [email protected] with the article URL and the passage or point your complaint concerns. Say what you believe is wrong; the more specific the complaint, the faster we can check it.
02 · What happens next
Verify, answer, fix what is wrong.
- We check the claim against primary sources.
- If the complaint identifies a factual error, it is handled under the corrections policy: we fix the article and log the correction.
- If the error is material, the article carries a visible correction note.
- If we got it right, we say so, with the sources.
03 · Corrections and copyright
Two separate routes.
Factual errors follow the corrections policy. Complaints about copyrighted material follow the DMCA procedure.
